1) How long will it take for the preorder items to arrive?
Roughly 3-4 weeks. Please kindly understand the items may be delayed during peak seasons such as Chinese New Year, etc.

2) Do you send overseas? 
No, we only take orders domestically (Singapore).

3) Do you do meet ups?
No, we usually don't. Conditionally yes. (Email us for more info)

4)What if I can't pay by bank transfer or I banking?
You can choose to pay by bank deposit. We do not encourage concealed cash.

5) The items were damaged when it reached me. Can you do a refund/replacement?
No. However, we do make sure that every item is damage-free before sending out. We are not liable of any damage caused during mailing.

6) What if the item I want is OOS?
You'll get a refund.
